Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are excited to offer the role of Virtual Physician Collaborator for CenterWell Medical Group, a new virtual care delivery group within CenterWell Senior Primary Care, Humana's Primary Care Organization.
This group will provide virtual wraparound services to support patients when they cannot get in with their own PCP closing gaps in care, ensuring timeless access to important medications and solving urgent clinical needs.
This Virtual Physician Collaborator shares in our vision to improve primary care for the next generation of seniors and is eager to support excellent care every day!
As the Physician Collaborator, you will focus on the collaborative relationship through our Nurse Practitioners. This is a fully remote role, which involves approximately 5 hours a month.
You will report to our Associate Director.
