Surgery - General Physician

Seeking a Full time BC/BE General Surgeon to join a well-established, growing surgical practice in Northwest Indiana, offering a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence, professional autonomy, and work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

• Established, growing surgical group with strong mentorship and collegial support
• Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with flexible Monday Friday structure
• Average clinic volume of 15 patients per day
• Shared call rotation approximately 1:5
