• Facility: hospital, 328 bed facility
• Setting: outpatient coverage , EMR- CERNER
• Schedule: Weekday; dayshift
• Practice Details: average 15-20 patients at clinicper day
• Required Procedures: hematology outpatient care, oncology outpatient care, participation in tumor board
• Certifications: BC/BE, Active MI license, ACLS, BLS
