Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient locum tenens opportunity in a modern, state-of-the-art clinic environment. This position involves providing comprehensive bread and butter primary care services to patients across all age groups, including pediatrics, adolescents, and adults.

The clinic is experiencing increased patient demand, and providers should be comfortable stepping into a busy outpatient practice with established workflows and strong clinical support staff. Candidates with Internal Medicine training may also be considered if comfortable treating patients of all ages.

• Outpatient Family Medicine clinic setting
• Modern clinic facility opened within the last 3 years
• Located in a vibrant mixed-use community with nearby shopping, restaurants, and hotels
• Support staff includes:
  • 6 Physicians
  • 5 APPs
• EMR system: Epic
• Average patient volume: approximately 16 patients per day
• Patient population includes pediatrics through adults
• 30-minute appointment slots

• Provide outpatient family medicine care for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine wellness visits, preventative care, and follow-up appointments
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and clinic personnel
• Deliver efficient patient-centered care in a high-demand outpatient setting
• Manage approximately 16 patients daily with 30-minute appointment times

• Board Certified in Family Medicine required
• Internal Medicine physicians may be considered if comfortable treating all ages
• Active New Hampshire medical license required
• BLS certification required
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must be comfortable seeing pediatric through adult patient populations
• Must be able to work independently and integrate quickly into established clinic workflows
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90+ days
• Name clear submission requires name and NPI number
• Licensing assistance not available

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• 8-hour daytime shifts
• No call responsibilities
• Scheduled outpatient clinic coverage only
