Duration: June 01 - August 31 (coverage not needed after August 31)
Schedule: 1-4 weeks/month, open to split schedule between multiple providers
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (1 hr. lunch)
Call: None
Volume: 10-15 patients/day (30 min. follow-up, 60 min. new) Scope: Pulmonology clinic only, 100% outpatient - Possible Bronchoscopy, EBUS and Thoracentesis, (no CCM, no IP. IP consults performed by staff pulmonologists.)

Hospital: 176 bed, Level 2 trauma
Group/support: Case Manager, Assistant Case Manager, Certified Medical Assistant, Respiratory Therapist
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified/Eligible (eligible only is recently outside training) in Pulmonology, any active state license accepted
Rates: Competitive rate
Phone/zoom interview process: interview with director
Credentialing timeline: 8 weeks, Temps in 4-5 weeks but must have a clean background/NPDB/no malpractice. If no clean background no temps will be granted.

Travel/Housing: Covered
Orientation process: Orientation is done on first day of providers shift, they will be orientating and need to be proctored.
