Primary Care Physician Position Summary:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult medicine, primary care practice in the town of Bristol, conveniently located in central Connecticut, within 30 minutes of both New Haven and Hartford.

Position details:

• Role : 100% Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18+)
• Location : Bristol CT
• Schedule : Full-time, weekdays
• Teaching : optional with faculty appointment
• Phone Call Only : average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
• Offerings: Guaranteed base, Loan Forgiveness Support, Uncapped incentive, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation
