They offer a wide range of services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. Their key role in the medical industry involves diagnosing and treating various health conditions, performing routine check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunization, screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Prior to becoming a Family Practitioner, one may start their career in roles such as a Medical Intern or a Resident Physician.
