Internist Jobs in Washington, DC

An Internist is a specialist in internal medicine, a discipline focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. They need to be certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Prior to becoming an Internist, a person might have roles such as a Medical Officer, General Practitioner, or Medical Intern during their residency training.
