Ophthalmologist Jobs in Bronx, NY
Ophthalmologists are essential professionals in the medical field. They specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disorders and diseases. Afterward, they must complete a residency in ophthalmology. They also need to obtain licensure to practice medicine and may choose to become board certified in Ophthalmology. Once fully qualified, they may begin their careers as general ophthalmologists or may choose to specialize in areas such as Pediatric Ophthalmology, Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery, or Neuro-Ophthalmology.
