Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive outpatient noninvasive cardiology services, including interpretation of diagnostic tests and management of cardiac conditions. Manage a dedicated patient panel in partnership with a physician and two Advanced Practice Providers, ensuring continuity and personalized care. Perform and interpret EKGs for diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning. Conduct ambulatory cardiac monitoring, interpret results, and adjust management plans accordingly. Perform transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) to assess cardiac structure and function. Opportunity to perform nuclear stress testing and stress echocardiography (training or experience preferred). Engage in device management procedures (e.g., pacemaker checks, ICD management) - preferred but not mandatory. Coordinate patient care with referral centers for inpatient and advanced cardiovascular interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care. Maintain accurate, high-quality documentation and uphold patient safety standards. Participate in a structured weekday clinic schedule, working within general medical office hours. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across internal medicine, neurology, orthopedics, and other specialties to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Certifications: Current CPR certification. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology. VT medical license or eligibility to obtain one. Experience in outpatient noninvasive cardiology procedures and interpretation. Proficiency in performing and interpreting EKGs, echocardiography, and ambulatory monitoring. (Preferred) Skills in nuclear stress testing, stress echocardiography, and device management. Not accepting new graduates with less than 1 year of experience. Must hold a VMS certification or be eligible (CPR, Board Certified/Eligible).
