Required Procedures/Skills:

- Non-Invasive Ventilation Mgmt (neo-puff)

- Ventilation Mgmt (Newborn & Ped): acute

- Intubation (ETT/NT): Newborn

- Chest tube insertion & Suturing minor lacerations

- Nursery Level III/NICU, Ventilation mgmt(Non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP) & Use of nitric Oxcide (iNO

- Eval & Mangement of acute volume/BP issues: Insertion of Central & Arterial Line & PA catherter

- Paracentesis, Spinal Taps, exchange transfusion, thermal cooling, ventilator mmgt including oscillators & iNO.

- Provide guidance and support to families during high-stress situations, offering clear communication and emotional support for parents of critically ill newborns

- Managing complex neonatal conditions such as respiratory distress syndrome, intrautering growth restriction, jaundice, and spesis, among others.
